Audit and Budget Tracking Program Description The U.S. Federal Government needed complete solutions for managing, tracking and reporting the large number of Audits and Budget Allocation data required throughout the fiscal year. Budget allocations are the primary tools used to form each year's new budget request to Congress. Program Audits are the tools by which Departments/Agencies budgets and expenditures are evaluated. Program Audits are required by the U.S. Federal Government FISMA (Federal Information Security Management Act) regulations and FISMA reporting for selected potential and actual IT security weaknesses is required for Congress.
